3月18日, 2209～2236, 音声のみ。-/59.75MHz。いつも通りIF110kHzよりもIF15kHzに絞った方が聞きやすかった。
2230まではドラマで、途中2212に局スポットが"... All TV channels ... All TV channels ... All TV ..."、2218に局スポットが"... All TV channeels ... All TV ... All TV ..."、2225にStation songのBGMバージョンが出た。
2230にStation songが"... All TV ... All TV ... All TV ... Saya All"と出て、2231に男性の放送終了アナウンスが次のように出た。
"This is AMBS Channel Two. A commercial TV station, operating under permit number BSD dash zero one two six dash twenty twenty two, valid until the sixth of July twenty twenty three.
Channel Two transmitter is located at Diliman, Quezon City.
AMBS Channel Two is operated by a Professional Electronics Engineer duly licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission.
Engineer （人名） PECE number zero zero zero one four four eight.
And operated by the following personnel duly licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission and National Telecommunications Commission.

その後、2233～国歌、2234～1kHzの変調音、2236にc/off。
●All TV・AMBS Channel 2…A3ch
3月18日, 2202～2237, 音声のみ。-/65.75MHz。電波が弱かったため了解度を上げるためIF15kHzで受信。
ABS-CBN停波後ではA3chでフィリピンTV音声を初受信。
ドラマで、途中2206に局スポットが"... All TV channels ... All TV ..."と出ていたので、2209～上記のA2ch音声とパラチェックするとパラになっていた。
全てパラのまま放送は続き、ドラマの途中の2212に局スポット、2218に局スポット、2225にStation songのBGMバージョンが出た。
2230～のStation song、2231～の放送終了アナウンス、2233～の国歌、2234～の1kHzの変調音もA2ch音声と全てパラになっていた。A2chが2236にc/offしたのに対して、A3chは2237に変調音が聞こえなくなったので、この時間にc/offしたようだ。
各アナウンスの内容はA2chと同じなので、上記のA2chの報告を参照。
A3ch音声はA2ch音声（Manila局と思われる）より零コンマ数秒遅れており、地方局が中継回線のタイムラグ遅延で聞こえているものと推測した。
しかし、All TVに地方局があるという情報を得ていなかったので、フィリピンの放送事情や言語に詳しいDanteさんにお尋ねしたところ、次のようにお返事を頂いた。
「PHTV GroupのHarold Abeciaさんから情報があり、Facebookのプライベートグループ"Digital Television News and Updates in Visayas and Mindanao"でメンバーの"Ja Ze"という方の投稿で、「General SantosでCh.3にて見えるようになった」という情報があるそうです」
A3chではTV-FM DX Report 2001.04に報告したように2001年4月にスプレッドFでABS-CBN General Santosを受信していることもあり、ロケーションはGeneral
Santosかもしれない。
放送終了アナウンスは他局同様、Manila局のものをそのまま流しているのだろう。
3月22日, 2157～2204, 2215～2235, 音声のみ。-/65.75MHz。再び受信出来た。電波が弱く了解度を上げるためIF15kHzで受信。
2158～2201のA2ch音声59.75MHzとのパラチェックではやはりA2ch音声よりA3ch音声が零コンマ数秒遅れていた。
内容はドラマの後、2159にStation song"... All TV ... All TV ... All TV ... Saya All"、2200にMTRCBの視聴評価のアナウンスが出て、ドラマ。
2215～の受信ではドラマで、ドラマの合間の2216に局スポット"... All TV channels ... All TV ...
All TV ..."、2224に番組宣伝スポットが"... All TV"と出た。その後、2231～Station
song"... All TV ... All TV ... All TV ... Saya All"、2232～放送終了アナウンス（3月18日
A2ch 2231と同じ）、2234～国歌、2235～1kHzの変調音が出て、2235にc/offした。

■オーストラリア
●ABC News Radioの18～20時台前後の放送構成
春のTEPシーズンになってきたので、公式サイトのライブストリーミング放送 < https://www.abc.net.au/listen/live/news
> を録音して放送構成を調べてみた。TV-FM DX Report 2023.09ではABC Radio各系統を調べたが、今回は放送構成の変動が大きいABC News Radioのみとした。
ライブストリーミング放送のタイムラグ遅延（約40秒）を考慮して、放送内容の時刻は実際の送出時刻に直してある。
3月15日金曜（3月14日木曜も？）には18時台までだった平日の独自ニュース解説番組が、3月18日月曜、3月19日火曜には19時台までに延長されていた。
ABC News Radioは公式サイトでは"ABC NewsRadio"と表記されている。
なお、オーストラリアでは4月第1日曜に夏時間から標準時間に戻るので、放送構成の時間は1時間繰り下がると思われる。
